SHIPPING After the Postal Strike

The strike is over, but due to the backlog in the postal system, it may be advisable to keep using our Alternative Shipping Services for a few days longer...

Place your order as usual, but under 'SHIPPING ESTIMATES' select "Request a Shipping Quote". We will then send you an invoice for the total, plus shipping. If the cost is acceptable, you pay and the order will be on its way. If we receive no payment or response within 3 workdays, the order will be canceled.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

To estimate the approximate shipping cost for your order, add the product(s) to your shopping cart.  Then go to “SHIPPING ESTIMATES” on the Shopping Cart page.  If the correct destination area is not shown, click on the destination shown at the bottom of the “Shipping Estimates” window, and fill in the proper info.  Then click on “Gather Shipping Rates”.  All orders are shipped with Canada Post.

PAYMENTS

Canada and U.S. Orders
Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal.

International Orders:
We only accept payment by PayPal. NO Credit Cards! Contact us if you need a shipping quote, stating your address & order details. Please note that your country may charge you import duty & taxes.

Credit Card Payments:
Only use your own personal Visa or Master Card. Credit cards of other persons cannot be accepted. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • UNUSED items can be returned within 10 days (after receipt of shipment) for exchange or refund.
  • No refunds without SALES RECEIPT! Items showing signs of use, or items sent for refund without sales receipt, cannot be accepted.
  • All return items must be sent Postage PREPAID!   Items sent 'collect' cannot be accepted.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - CANADA

  1. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  3. INSURE the contents and ship the parcel by “Regular Parcel Post” (the cheapest service at the Post Office). Do NOT use Priority Mail, Express Mail, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others – since all shipping charges will be YOUR responsibility.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS -USA

  1. Do not exceed the insured content value of $400 per parcel.
  2. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  4. On the Customs Declaration form, under the heading ‘Shipment Information’, mark “Returned Goods.  NO VALUE for duty” in the designated field, and then present the Customs Declaration form with your parcel to the post office clerk to create your label.
  5. Ship the parcel by “1st Class Mail International Package” (it’s the cheapest service at the Post Office). Do NOT use Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others – since all shipping charges, including the extra costs & high border-brokerage fees of these services, will be YOUR responsibility.
    Maximum size for postal parcels is 24” length, or a total of 36” when length, width & height are combined. Maximum weight is 4 lbs.
    If necessary, split your return into 2 parcels.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. Please insert a note with the original order number, your name, phone number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Mark the order number on the parcel.
  3. On the Customs Declaration form enter “RETURNED GOODS.  NO VALUE for duty."  and attach it to the parcel.
  4. INSURE the contents, and ship the parcel by the cheapest service (Surface Parcel Post) available from your Post Office.  Do NOT use Air Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx or other – since all shipping charges, including the extra costs & border-brokerage fees of these services, will be YOUR responsibility.
